What it would cost you

Quick answer: $500 to start and $500 when your pages are live, then $100 per page per month — charged only for pages that, in a 28-day window, reach position 10 or better on at least one search term and earn at least one click in your own Google Search Console.

What we would build for you

A few questions and you can see the shape of the work — the kinds of pages, roughly how many, and what it would cost. Nothing is sent anywhere and nothing is looked up.

Just so the numbers read as yours.

Not where you are — everywhere you would happily drive to.

Whatever a customer would type. It is only used to show you what the page names would look like.

Things a customer would search for by name. "Water heater replacement", not "plumbing".

Categories, not individual SKUs. Leave at 0 for a service business.

If you do not know, leave it at zero — the free diagnostic reads your Search Console and tells you exactly which ones you already have.

The full grid is every service crossed with every town. Not all of it gets searched. We build the combinations with real demand — and since a page that never reaches page one never bills, padding the list would only cost us.

Nobody can promise this number, including us. Slide it to nothing and see what the month costs you.

A qualifying position means a top-ten organic result. Sponsored and ad placements are not results, and none of this involves any ad spend — we do not run ads and you are not buying clicks.

A page qualifies in a 28-day window when both are true in your own Google Search Console: it reached position 10 or better on at least one search term, and it earned at least one click. A page that does neither is not billed that month.

What four months actually look like

What the build fee covers

$1,000 in total — $500 to start, $500 when your pages are live. It covers research into which towns near you have real demand for what you sell, a page plan you approve before anything is written, and the first ten pages — written by hand, given structured data, linked into your existing site, submitted, and worked until Google has actually indexed them.

After that the page count grows as we work the account, and there is no second build fee. A page added in month four costs you nothing to build and only ever costs you anything if it reaches page one and earns a click. We decide when to add one, based on whether it can realistically rank — which is the same judgement that decides whether we get paid for it.

What it costs as you grow

The rate steps down as more pages rank. The brackets are marginal, like tax bands — crossing one never makes your bill jump.

Ranked pagesRate for pages in that band
1–5$100 each
6–15$60 each
16–30$40 each
31–75$25 each
76+$15 each

So ten ranked pages is $800 a month, twenty is $1,300, and fifty is $2,200 — $44 a page instead of $100. There is no cap, because a bigger site genuinely is more to build and more to keep on page one. What there is instead: the bill can only get large if a large number of your pages are actually on page one and actually being clicked. It grows when your results grow, which is the opposite of a fixed monthly fee.

What the two numbers mean

The $1,000 is the build

It covers the build: finding the towns and search terms your buyers actually use, writing a separate page for each town, setting up the sitemap so Google can find them, and adding the structured data. It is one time. It does not repeat.

The $100 is the result

A page earns its $100 in a month only when it does both of these in your own Search Console over 28 days: reaches position 10 or better on at least one search term among the organic results, and gets at least one click.

Position alone is not enough on purpose. A page can hold position 9 on a search nobody runs. That is a ranking, not a customer. Requiring a click means you only pay for pages that actually brought someone to your site.

You can check it yourself

Open Google Search Console. Filter to the page. Set the date range to the last 28 days. Read the best position across your search terms, and the clicks. That is the same screen we bill from, on your login, with your data. There is no dashboard of ours in between.

Why we price it this way

A fixed monthly fee is charged whether your pages rank or not, so the agency gets paid for the month rather than for the result. We would rather be paid for pages that work, and eat the cost of pages that do not.

The honest trade: this only works if we are right often enough. That is our problem, not yours. If we build ten pages and three qualify, you pay for three.

To be clear about what this is not: it is not a guarantee that any page will rank. Nobody controls Google. It is a guarantee about our invoice.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the pricing work?

You pay $500 to start and $500 when your pages are live, then from $100 per page per month, less as more pages rank. A page is billed for any 28-day window in which it holds page one (a top-ten organic result — sponsored placements do not count) and earns at least one click in your own Google Search Console. If it slips off page one, it comes off your bill until it climbs back. There is no contract.

What makes a page qualify?

In a 28-day window, the page has to do both of these in your own Google Search Console: reach position 10 or better on at least one search term among the organic results, and earn at least one click. Position without a single click does not count, because a ranking nobody clicks is not worth paying for.

Why does a click have to happen too?

Because position on its own can flatter a page. A page can sit at position 9 on searches nobody runs. Requiring a real click means you are paying for pages that actually brought someone to your site.

Who checks whether a page qualified?

You can. The numbers come from your own Google Search Console, using your login and your data. Filter to the page, set the date range to the last 28 days, and read the position for each search term and the click count. We bill from the same screen you are looking at.

How much does it cost?

$1,000 to build, taken as $500 to start and $500 when your pages are live. After that, $100 per page per month, and only for pages that qualify. Pages that do not qualify are not billed that month.

What if a page qualifies one month and not the next?

You pay for the months it qualifies and you do not pay for the months it does not. Nothing carries over and nothing is owed in arrears.

Is the calculator a quote?

No. It is arithmetic on numbers you chose, including how many of your pages you think will qualify. Nobody can promise how many will. The real quote is the page list and the first $500, which we send after we look at your site.
