Will this get my Google profile banned?
No. Everything we do is within Google's Terms of Service. We only help you respond to reviews — which Google actively encourages business owners to do. For Booster Campaigns, we contact your real, recently-served customers and ask for their honest feedback. We never manufacture reviews, never incentivize fake ones, and never ask anyone to remove a legitimate negative review.
Will the replies sound like a robot?
No. During onboarding we collect examples of how you actually talk to customers — old emails, texts, any past review responses you liked. We build your voice profile from those examples. Every draft is written in that voice. You read it before it goes anywhere and can edit word-for-word. Nothing posts under your name without your explicit approval.
What if I don't agree with a draft?
Nothing is posted without your explicit approval — ever. You get a text or email notification, tap to open The Vault, read the draft, and either approve with one tap or edit it freely. If you don't act within 24 hours, the draft stays in The Vault. We never post under your name without your sign-off.
Do you write fake reviews? (Answer: No. Ever. Read why.)
No. Ever. We only contact real customers who have actually done business with you and ask for their honest opinion. We do not write reviews on their behalf. We do not coach them on what to say beyond "be honest." We do not offer discounts, gifts, or any form of reward in exchange for a positive review. This is a hard line we will never cross — it would put your Google profile at genuine risk, it violates platform policies, and it is simply wrong. Your star rating has to be earned by your actual work. That's the only kind that sticks.
How quickly will I see movement on my rating?
Star-rating lift depends on your review volume and response rate. Businesses with steady weekly transaction flow tend to see measurable improvement within a couple of months as new positive reviews accumulate and existing critics receive thoughtful, on-brand replies. We are upfront about realistic timing during onboarding so expectations stay grounded.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel any time from your account settings — no awkward cancellation call. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period.
How does onboarding work?
After signup we collect examples of how you talk to customers, connect to your Google Business Profile and Yelp listings, and build your voice profile. Drafts begin landing in The Vault for your approval shortly after onboarding completes.
Do you handle Yelp too?
Yes. Google Business Profile and Yelp are both monitored simultaneously on every plan at no extra charge. Google gets priority because it has the biggest impact on local search, but Yelp reviews are tracked, responded to, and included in your monthly Star Health report. No add-on fees, no separate setup.
Do you connect to my Google Business Profile?
Yes — once you approve our access, we read incoming reviews and post replies you've approved through GBP's official API. We never write or post anything without your sign-off.
What if a review is fake or defamatory?
We flag obviously fake or defamatory reviews and help you file a removal request with Google or Yelp. We don't post a reply we can't stand behind.
What's your refund policy?
