Performance-priced local SEO

A local SEO agency you pay per ranked page. Not per month.

Quick answer: We find the towns your buyers search from, write a real page for each one, and get Google to index it. $500 to start, $500 when your pages are live. Then $100 a month per page, and only for the months that page holds page one and earns a click — checked in your own Google Search Console, not ours.

Your service pages are invisible. Here is how to tell.

Open Google Search Console. Look at your sitemap. Count the pages Google says it indexed.

If that number is small, nothing else matters yet. You can write great copy. You can buy links. Google cannot rank a page it never picked up.

Most local sites we look at have the same three problems.

One page for the whole metro

You serve 20 towns. You have one page that lists all 20 in a paragraph. Google reads that as one page about one place. You show up in the city. You disappear everywhere else.

Town pages that are copies

Someone made 20 pages by swapping the town name. Google sees near-identical pages, picks one, and leaves the rest sitting there doing nothing.

A sitemap nobody checked

The pages exist but are not in the sitemap. Or they are, and Google marked them "Discovered, currently not indexed" and moved on.

None of this is exotic. It is local search optimization at its most basic. It just takes someone to sit down and do it.

What we actually do

1.0

We find the words

We look up what people near you type into Google when they want what you sell. Real searches, real towns. You see the list before we write a word.

2.0

We write the pages

One page per town. Each one is written for that town, with real detail about it. No copy and paste with the name swapped.

3.0

We make sure Google picks them up

We put every page in your sitemap, submit it, and watch Search Console until Google indexes it. Then we watch where it ranks.

That is the whole service. There is no jargon in it because there does not need to be.

Not sure how many town pages you are missing? Send us your site and your main town. We will count the towns near you that get searched, and show you which ones you have no page for. Free, and a person does the reading.

What it costs

What the build fee covers

$1,000 in total — $500 to start, $500 when your pages are live. It covers research into which towns near you have real demand for what you sell, a page plan you approve before anything is written, and the first ten pages — written by hand, given structured data, linked into your existing site, submitted, and worked until Google has actually indexed them.

After that the page count grows as we work the account, and there is no second build fee. A page added in month four costs you nothing to build and only ever costs you anything if it reaches page one and earns a click. We decide when to add one, based on whether it can realistically rank — which is the same judgement that decides whether we get paid for it.

What it costs as you grow

The rate steps down as more pages rank. The brackets are marginal, like tax bands — crossing one never makes your bill jump.

Ranked pagesRate for pages in that band
1–5$100 each
6–15$60 each
16–30$40 each
31–75$25 each
76+$15 each

So ten ranked pages is $800 a month, twenty is $1,300, and fifty is $2,200 — $44 a page instead of $100. There is no cap, because a bigger site genuinely is more to build and more to keep on page one. What there is instead: the bill can only get large if a large number of your pages are actually on page one and actually being clicked. It grows when your results grow, which is the opposite of a fixed monthly fee.

A qualifying position means a top-ten organic result. Sponsored and ad placements are not results, and none of this involves any ad spend — we do not run ads and you are not buying clicks.

If a page slips, we are the ones who lose money — so we are the ones who go fix it. Most SEO companies charge the same fixed fee every month whether your pages move or not. Nothing bad happens to them when your rankings fall. It does to us.

How the $100 works

You do not pay for a page when we write it. You do not pay for it while we wait on Google.

You pay for it in the months it holds page one and earns a click, and not in the months it does not. We read the number from your Search Console, the same screen you can open yourself. If the page drops, that page comes off the bill until it climbs back.

So a slow month for us is a cheap month for you. That is the point.

Why we would price it that way

We took a local service business from 0 to 6,880 organic clicks in 7 months. 71.9% of those came from non-brand search, meaning people who had never heard of them.

To be straight with you about what that number is and is not: it is one client, in one local vertical, over seven months. It is not a promise that your site will do the same. It is the reason we are willing to put our fee on the outcome instead of on the hours.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost?

You pay $500 to start and $500 when your pages are live, then from $100 per page per month, less as more pages rank. A page is billed for any 28-day window in which it holds page one (a top-ten organic result — sponsored placements do not count) and earns at least one click in your own Google Search Console. If a page slips off page one, it comes off your bill until it climbs back. There is no contract.

What does the $1,000 build cover?

Research and build. We find the towns and search terms your buyers actually use, write a separate page for each one, publish them, and work Google Search Console until the pages are indexed. You pay nothing per page until a page reaches page one.

How do I know a page really ranks?

We read the position from your own Google Search Console, using your login and your data. You can open the same screen and check it yourself at any time.

How long does it take?

Writing and publishing is the fast part. Indexing is up to Google, and it commonly takes a few weeks. We cannot promise a date, and we do not bill a page until it reaches page one.

Who decides which pages get built?

You see the list of towns and terms before we write anything. Nothing gets built that you have not agreed to.

Do you use AI to write the pages?

The standard is the page, not the process. A page made by swapping a town name into the same paragraph reads as a duplicate, Google keeps one and ignores the rest, and that is the exact problem you would be hiring us to fix. So every page is researched and written for its own town, you see the list of towns and terms before anything is built, and you are not billed for a page until it reaches page one and earns a click in your own Search Console. A page that is not good enough to rank does not earn us anything.

Reviews are one of the signals Google weighs, so they can move a page you are billed for. They are not a line item here — the page is the product, and it bills only while it ranks.
